Foam pigs made from high quality polyurethane chemicals by reaction injection molding process (RIM)
Foam pigs usually open cell, flexible and compressible, generally used in cleaning, drying and fluid removal purpose,
Flexible foam pigs are very safe to use in complicated pipeline structure and dual diameter pipeline, Foam pigs are compressible up to 25 to 50%
Design
High Density Foam pig – 128 to 160 Kg/m3 (or) 8 to 10 lbs/Ft3 – Used in heavy duty cleaning
Medium Density Foam pig – 80 to 96 Kg/m3 (or) 5 to 6 lbs/Ft3 – Used in light duty cleaning
Low density Foam pig – 16 to 32 Kg/m3 (or) 1 to 2 lbs/Ft3 – For swabbing or drying

Bare Foam Pig
- Flexible foam pig without polyurethane coating , bare foam pigs used in pre commissioning activities for cleaning, Drying and dewatering
Coated Foam Pig
- Foam pig fully coated with polyurethane designed for in stream pipeline, used for dewaxing, heavy cleaning and displacement
Criss Cross Pig
- Criss cross pigs used in complicated structure and dual diameter pipeline, these pigs coated with polyurethane in criss cross pattern which provides combination of flexibility and rigidness.
Foam pig with silicon carbide strip
- These pigs equipped with silicon carbide strips, used in heavy cleaning, removing scales / waxes in oil pipelines,
- The silicon strips will cover the foam pig in 360 degree to ensure efficient cleaning of pipeline surface
Bare foam pig – Foam pig base alone PU elastomer coated
