Flange guard is a safety related product which temporally protects leakage or spitting of acids or chemicals from damaged flanges
We design our flange guards to suit high temperature & pressure, material of flange guard differs according to the chemicals and acids in the line
PP or HDPE Flange guard (Box and Belt type)
Made out of high quality plastics to suit flanges as per ANSI B16.5, we procure our raw materials from M/s.Reliance & M/s.IOCL
We produce flange guards using 100% Virgin raw material which gives more life time and performs well under UV even after 12 months
This flange guard often called as box type flange guard, which requires simple Bolt & Nut connection
Our guard design temperature is 85° C
PTFE Flange Guard
PTFE flange guard / Spray shield used in application in a acid lines or piping designed with high temperature,
Spray shield having Ph indicator to show there is leakage of acid, Spray shield can be designed according to the valve / flange sizes
PTFE flange guard withstands up to 300° C
