Batch Pig usually called as cup pig which moves in unidirectional predominantly doing batching two or more different fluids in the pipeline
Batch pigs generally used in light cleaning, batching and displacement of fluid
Design
Bi Di pig generally consists of polyurethane cup and steel pipe body assembled with steel fasteners
Cup – Polyurethane / Viton / NBR
Pig Body – Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel
Fastener – Galvanized steel fastener / Stainless steel fastener

- Transmitter cavity and optional by pass port can be provided
